The study about brain starts around 10,000 BC. At this time, the procedure involves drilling hole into the skull to expose the brain. The first study of nervous system dates back to ancient Egypt. Evidence found surgical practice of either drilling or scrapping a hole in the skull for the purpose of curing. In 1700 BC a manuscript found , that indicated that the Egyptians have some knowledge about symptoms of brain damage.Egyptians believe that at the time heart was the seat of intelligence.At the time of the Greeks, Hippocrates believes that brain is the seat of intelligence and the most specialized organs.
